At SISTER studios, we want you to love your pieces; if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment tags remain intact and the parcel is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location or courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
